Who We Are

Launched in 2021, with an annual budget of up to $1 billion dollars, Hevolution Foundation is a first of its kind global non-profit organization that provides grants and early-stage investments to incentivize independent research and entrepreneurship in the emerging field of healthspan science. Headquartered in Riyadh with a North America hub in Boston and plans to open offices in other global locations, Hevolution Foundation has developed a set of key goals and targets to support our Vision & Mission.

Lifespan refers to how long a person lives, while healthspan is the number of years lived in good health, free from major diseases or disabilities. Hevolution focuses on extending healthspan for everyone.
We are living longer, but we are spending more years living with age-related diseases such as cardiovascular disease, cancer, dementia, diabetes, and frailty – among others. As global populations age rapidly, health and economic systems struggle to cope with the rising costs and shrinking workforces.
Hevolution collaborates with top institutions worldwide, funds researchers in 15+ countries, and invests in biotech companies to uncover the biology of aging and develop transformative solutions.
Globally, less than 1% of research budgets focus on the biology of aging. Hevolution invests heavily in this underfunded field, with over $400 million allocated to research, grants, and innovation to accelerate solutions.
